Our parent-led art program is a wonderful opportunity for you to participate in your child's classroom!
We have created a list of lessons organized by grade level that align with the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. These lessons introduce students to art through various mediums including line, color, pattern, texture, artist appreciation, form, culture, and composition.
The goal is to incorporate these lessons by following our monthly guide, but please feel free to add lessons that incorporate what your classroom is focusing on (or special events/holidays).
Student's work will be on display during our schoolwide Art Show in May.
This year's theme is "Pageant of the Masters"!
Previous year's themes have included: "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle", "Our Seven Seas", "Our Seven Continents of the World".
