TREASURER: Maintains custody of all PTA funds. Keeps a complete and accurate account of receipts and expenditures. Makes disbursements as authorized by the president, executive board, or association by the budget adopted by the association. Prepares financial reports for each meeting and as requested by the executive board. Ensures the PTA's compliance with all applicable financial laws and regulations.

FINANCIAL REVIEWER (AUDITOR):
Conducts internal audits of the PTA’s financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with bylaws, standing rules, and legal regulations. Reviews financial statements, receipts, and disbursements for proper documentation and approval. Prepares an audit report to be presented at a PTA meeting. Identifies any discrepancies and collaborates with the treasurer and board to resolve them.

SECRETARY: Records minutes at board and association meetings. Maintains and preserves PTA minutes, records, and important documents to pass on at the end of the term.

PARLIAMENTARIAN: Guides parliamentary procedures to ensure orderly and efficient meetings. Advises the president and executive board on matters related to bylaws and standing rules. Assists in reviewing and updating bylaws as necessary. Chairs the nominating committee and facilitates the election process under PTA guidelines. |
